Biography & Frequently Asked Questions:

These are the most asked questions about One Full Circle Consulting...

1.) What am I creating at OFCC?

I’m creating a multi-million dollar very small and successful consulting firm, virtually stress-free, whose goal is to blend: The Happiness, Health and Financial Success of a business, its customers – as well as its employees in a way that is so simple, it ALMOST seems too good to be true – but really, REALLY works well – for anyone who embraces and uses this Full Circle approach. I take a very close look at both the Macro and Micro areas that are often overlooked or deemed routine in ones daily operations – and I help to apply financial growth numbers by improving those areas. I also show how treating each other as equally important parts of a company and in a positive way, collectively – builds more emotionally, logistically and financially – than any other method. In the end, our positive feelings (or our total combined energy) is what’s creating that jump in profits repeatedly; with a process that is very easy to manage, every day. Anything less – puts a tangible, palpable stress on the ease, growth and expansion of what’s there with you, right now.

2.) What experience do I have?

I’ve worked for 67 companies since the age of 11 in just about every industry you can imagine. From entry level employee to account and store management. I graduated from Salem State University in 1998, and I have a degree in what is known as Holistic Health Sociology. With us at the center, it's how we relate to everything around us in a positive way, so that Happiness, Health and Success are achieved. My writing about life direction and our relationships has made it to the Department of Education in 50 states, the Executive Office of the President (during the Clinton era) as well as Harvard University, and some non-profit agencies throughout New England. My 1st book “A Place Where We Love to Be,” which will be published soon, combines 36 major aspects of our lives and how they fit together to create personal and collective fulfillment.

Recently, I placed in the top 250 out of 20, 000 people in Adecco’s world-wide “CEO for a Month” contest. My formula to raise sales started in 2011 in the retail industry; with a small jump of $5-12 million in annual gross sales. That formula has grown to close to $400 million in annual gross numbers, as of this year. I have written proposals for Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Dunkin’s, Home Depot and Ocean State Job Lot. If 1000 major businesses adopted this formula, the numbers would yield over a trillion dollars in combined revenue from a single, simple idea that works. But that's enough about me...

3.) What is my Mission for Others?

My Mission is to see everyone become as happy, productive and prosperous as they can possibly be – in a way that not only continues to work for them, but for every part of their business. In combining and understanding how positive relationships work to produce more financial profits, I've achieved exactly what I set out to do. And, in a world that needs to bring enjoyment and ease back into our lives, and our place of business more than ever before…These benefits are available and here, just waiting for you – to become a part of a brand new possibility for growth!

4.) I can’t seem to find you on Social Media is there a reason for that?

Since I’m the sole proprietor of my business, I have a lot of responsibilities. For now, I’m putting most of my focus on researching and contacting the companies that my sales proposal ideas would have the most positive impact on. Eventually, you will see me branching out to many more publicly accessible places.

5.) Will your proposal ideas work for any business?

My core ideas will work for any business, because it's relationship and logistics based knowledge. However my specific “sales formula” to increase growth numbers and to have the most impact will primarily work best for companies in the Fortune 500 category, based on the type of products they offer. This is why you might not see me trying to make relationship connections – everywhere. Again, it’s about focusing my energy wisely, so that I can have the most positive impact on the companies that will benefit the most from my ideas.

6.) Where do your consulting sessions take place and how long are they?

On the phone, through emails, on the computer (Skype, etc.) or in person. This depends on how our schedules line up, and how far away from each other we are. Sessions are typically 90 minutes. If a shorter session is desired that’s just fine, too. Some “check-ins” may only be a few minutes through email, perhaps. It’s only for what’s really needed at the time. However, 90 minutes allows each person to fully relax into being able to solve problems together, without any unnecessary added pressure or stress.

7.) What do I need to bring to a session?

You can bring a notebook, computer or a mini-recorder, as well. Although I’m serious about your goals and your growth, I make a conscious decision to have my sessions go smooth and easy, so the experience is an enjoyable one. So, whatever method that you use to track your own progress is what will work best for you.

8.) Are a number of sessions necessary to make progress?

I think four is the best place to start. This allows us to get to know each other and to see how we work together. Although my first “meet and greet” is always free, it should never take longer than a month to determine if we’re a great fit. Two sessions should give us both a good idea into how it’s going to work. If not, that’s okay, too. In relationships, sometimes there's an intangible quality as to why some relationships work out, so well. The client and the consultant both need to feel comfortable for the plans to gain momentum and to build a solid relationship with each other.

After identifying the initial issues or goals, we make a plan together to address each one in a way that is easy to follow. This allows us to be able to move through any action steps that are needed, successfully. We only work on one or two main goals at a time. My approach is to fully understand how these areas are being influenced by other parts of your business. This way, our solutions can work to strengthen all of the parts of your company, as well. When we’ve seen progress in the direction that you wanted to go in, we can move onto some other areas of interest. In the process, we’ll be following the exact same notes, so we’ll always be on the same page.

9.) Is it true that you offer FREE consulting services?

Absolutely. In fact, I offer three different types of free consulting services!

The first is to any person or business deeply impacted by Covid-19. I offer a month of free consulting services to anyone who really needs them.

The second is for any new potential business clients who would like to "try before they buy." By phone or email, I will help to resolve a problem they have for free, within a week's time. This includes a 5-page report, as well. Consulting is a big commitment, so this helps to establish trust and a good relationship, before buying into one of my longer-term plans.

The last type is specifically for any Fortune 500 company who would like to purchase / use my sales formula. I offer a small "test-run" at no cost for one month to see if my formula will work for their proposed yearly growth numbers. A deal can be worth millions on both sides. So, although this is a free short-term "test-run," a formal contract needs to be signed by both parties due to obvious legal concerns. If the numbers look good after a month's time, a very simple 3-page long-term use contract will be made available to the interested client.

10.) What else do you have in the works besides OFCC?

Business proposals are always in the process of completion. I usually hand select a few companies to contact, and I give them some time before I reach out to any other businesses or competitors. Only businesses that I know will benefit the most are contacted, first. Besides this, I’m wrapping up my first book and connecting with a publisher, and I’m always working on short articles for business, and how to have more fulfilling personal relationships. In the next year (if my schedule works out as planned), I’m going to be making some You Tube videos that will eventually become a part of a business and personal relationship coaching program. I’m going to be doing some local lectures for my book in the fall, as well. So, there’s always something exciting to keep working towards. It took quite a while to get here, but a worthwhile goal is always worth the time that it takes, to do it – right.

If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them without obligation. Simply get in touch in a way that feels most comfortable to you...

I look forward to hearing from you!
