Session Options:
OPTION: ONE
Option one involves (4) 90 minute consulting sessions that provide the healthy foundation that all of your business transactions rest upon. Here, we tie in the basics of how the emotional, logistical and financial aspects are working together to keep your business running at optimal levels – for you, your employees and your customers. You simply take this winning philosophy, and begin to make the small and easy to implement changes necessary to transform your business into all that you desire it to become.
(Our first meet and greet session is always free of charge. Rates are $75 for a 90 minute session.)
OPTION: THREE
This choice offers as many 90 minute sessions as you would like to have. It also can include a half or full day spent at your location, before or after our plan is put into motion. This guarantees that the system is fully in motion, and it will only continue to produce the positive results you desired to see – from opening till close, each and every day.
(Rates are $200 for a half day, $350 for a full day's visit. Flights, overnight stays and travel over 90 miles one way are available options. Expenses are covered by the client if necessary.)
OPTION: TWO
Involves (8) 90 minute sessions that provide a more in depth look at how your transactions are running. Here, we’ll review what’s already strong, and identify where some larger changes can be made so that these ideas are effectively working on the ground – right where they're needed. This includes an extremely detailed 10-page report on the changes that are needed and how to implement them successfully; step-by-step.
(Rates are $600 complete with report.)
OPTION: FOUR
Besides my direct consulting work with you, I have a formula that works to produce large gains in sales. My approach yields an increase in gross income by up to $250 million annually, depending on the size of your business – with no expenses needed out of pocket, ever.
If your company meets the requirements for this very simple formula to work, a separate proposal will be drawn-up that only requires a one-time fee of 10% of the profits shown for the first year. Once this plan is in place (and it can be rolled out in a single day), it begins to work immediately, and it can be left in place to continue to produce substantial gains for you, year after year...
Just as our sessions provide a model for how my plan works, the same guiding principles follow through the transition and final closing phases, as well. It’s the energy behind the ideas combined with action that produces our results! Charging a higher fee for my sessions or on the first year's growth numbers, will have no impact on how well my ideas will work for you.
If your business decides to implement this option, 12 consulting sessions – once a week, for up to three months time, including 2 full day visits at your location of choice – are absolutely free of charge.
MY WORKING PHILOSOPHY
AND MY RATES:
When I chose my rates for services offered, these had to have the same guidelines that follow my plan for your business. Integrity and fairness are the keys to making any plan work. I start things off on the right foot emotionally, so that we both can feel extremely confident about our agreement. Charging you “more” doesn’t have anything to do with the positive results we desire to create. (I also have a few options for new start-ups, executive private coaching, or for individual business owners where budgets might be limited. A flat rate of $160 for (4) 90 minute sessions is just an example.) So, feeling good about everything we're doing together – including the rates – is what produces our results. The energy, co-operation and enthusiasm we build up together here, becomes a direct example of how to successfully put your ideas into motion in your business.
And this point leads up to my working philosophy...
When we make it easier for each other to have what we need and desire – in business, life, and in our relationships – they become the joy we’ve always been looking for…It will be right there – with us. My “formula” to increase gains is just a prime example and a way to this much happier end. Giving up yourself or what you truly desire is not necessary here. A shared positive encounter gives each person 100% of what we both needed – without having to hold back, or compete for it. I’ve been there too, and this approach is not only much easier, but stunningly more effective for everything we’re working to build every day.
