Article 100: At the Summit.

We can talk for a year straight without stopping to find out where business is going. Where is it going? Where we take it…But not necessarily with a certain product, category, or even the ideas about them. However, that’s a good place to start...

To put all businesses back – on their highest perches when it comes to: Productivity, customer satisfaction and repeat sales you can count on, as well as competent employees that willingly go the extra mile for you, so you can be as happy as possible about where you are, and the financial results you’re seeing, over and over again…

It all comes down to the very basics. The Core of your Business.

Why?

That’s where the most positive and effective energy is gathering itself up (like interest) and that’s sending an atomic signal out to everyone from the middle that says both silently and out loud: THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE IN…Right where you are, right now. That's as good as you can get. And, I mean this from the CEO down to the person who works just 4 hours a week.

When it comes to feeling good…This IS the place to be.

This positive state of emotions spread out – is what a “buzz” is all about; and it travels (as physics would say) to the ends of time and space, itself...And, back to you.

We’re all the senders and receivers of a feeling: A signal. A message.

Energy, and the results it produces is following US – and that’s it. We’re directing it to the positive ends we wanted to be a part of. We are telling it how much to bring back – by what we’re all putting into it: Together.

So...

1.) Emotionally…Treat your employees like you would a customer and mean it; see what happens to the positive output they have – for you, and everyone involved in your business.

2.) Logistically…Give them exactly what they need to do a job well done, over and over again, quite easily…And – they’ll gladly show you those results and more…Without very much stress, at all – for anyone in the company…To keep on doing, just that.

3.) Set the store so that you’d be happy to have your family come into it on any given day. Just like emotional politeness…That’s how you know – you’re doing it right.

4.) Make the shipment of goods line up with the output on the floor and the ability to put those products into place.

5.) Offer products that deliver on what they promise to do.

6.) Make it easy for customers to check-out. Not only does this set the tone for their overall experience; but it shows everyone in the business how much their business means to you. From a financial perspective...This equals money in the bank quicker, as well.

7.) Financially…With what you offer your customers and employees…Make those prices and their wages so attractive that even more customers and employees won’t want to go or be, anywhere else…

And now…In whatever industry you’re in…

You’ve got it.

The Magic Recipe…That worked back then, now – and long into the future.

You’ve got the time, the resources, and the ability to make all of this happen easily; without having to pull anyone – out of their sweet spot.

Will it cost you a dime?
