Ready When You Are...How Much Are We Really Worth?

"Unless we're willing to cross that imaginary line...We'll never really know."

There are quite a few fancy, expensive consultants out there who appear dazzling on paper, and even in how they look! So, what makes me different? If you determined my worthiness by what I appear like on the outside or what my resume looks like; you wouldn’t see very much to grab your immediate attention. So, what’s the big deal with this guy? He looks and sounds like every other average “regular” Joe consultant on the outside…Well, let’s take a look inside, shall we?  

Other than lions, tigers and bears and maybe being stuck on a deserted island alone, when it comes to making life and business work – I’m not afraid of anything that could be good, or even better than that. (As an EMT years ago, facing actual life and death was pretty scary, compared to improving any other given situation.) And what this entails isn't even close to that. So, because of that, what I say and do is consistent. I don’t brag or boast, but I do share it all. I’m honest to a fault; including to myself and everyone else – politely, of course! (Honesty means you take it all into account; including how we feel and why we do on both sides.)

For a company that’s ready for success there’s almost nothing I couldn’t do with a little training and the right support in a system that already works – or really – wants to work. I can promise a company only one thing: They would be very hard pressed to find anyone with my drive and determination to leave no stone unturned until we get everything in the right place, so that our system runs as well as it possibly can – for everyone; including the bottom line. That’s my emotional skill. My intellectual one is that I can spot inconsistencies from beginning to end and back. I can see where the hooks are; the ones that are grabbing what’s good; and the ones that are holding you up; without personal judgment. (Just the facts, please!)

When your logistics are working as good as they can – that’s half of what’s building your profits and how you feel about them. It’s your direct delivery system that’s headed straight to conversion; which is where the money comes in. So, everything has to work before the last stop – to reach your desired end…It’s all leading up to it, right? 

Helping you organize this is exactly what I know how to do with the freedom to be myself, to gather the info I need, and the ability to make the necessary changes with a team who desires to do the same. That could be one big move or a bunch of little ones. It doesn’t matter. When what you’ve got is close to automatic in its results, it won’t take very much. And, with people whose eyes and minds are open and they know the territory; we can easily identify what’s helping and hurting what’s there. 

Most people are afraid to do what’s “right” because they think they are going to get hurt or lose something – in doing so. Imagine that? (What’s right is always a plus for you; not a negative or a loss to any part of your business.) What isn’t right, good, workable or positive for everyone involved is always going to hurt you, and everyone else, and make you lose something that you want, as well as your profits (of all kinds) over and over, again. That’s the biggest problem in business and in life that makes it so difficult for it and us to continue to just keep moving ahead, and enjoy the trip! We’re always running right into – what’s actually there.

However, this is a very easy “fix” when you want – to remove those self-imposed pains and limitations. Who needs them? When things are in the right place – that’s it. They’ll continue to go to work for you, over and over, again. (Back in the day, this was known as a “good” investment, right?)  

To make you feel reassured about this…We’re all stuck in the middle of what works and what doesn’t in some way; myself included…I just happen to understand that and desire to do something much better than just being stuck or aggravated. Why? Because we can do so much better! Remember, these limits are not coming from someone else on high or low. There is no ultimate invisible “power” on Earth or above it…Holding anyone back from having or doing – more. These are our limits, and the one’s we’ve adopted and settled into and on from a long line of history, as well. (…Long before we got here.)

Limits are always meant to be broken; especially the ones that are giving you more in return. (The belief that it would be so difficult to do is what keeps us where we are now.) Being stuck in a web for so long actually makes you forget just how good and easy things were; when they were working! That’s also a part of the danger in being there for too long. It becomes normal to you; even though it feels like hell. (I guess that’s just the way it is, right? BS. If it was in fact easier in the past with everything; that’s all “the proof” you needed to see.

Long before any business got established to a world class level, the right model was already there. We just thought we could forget about it, and pay attention to what was coming in. The truth is – you have to follow the bouncing ball from one end to the other, always. That’s how you know your process is spot on, and the money is right there behind it. And, yes – when you do have what’s needed in the right places, you can rest easy in that. But, it still needs to be there, where it is – for it to continue to work for you.

With a company that has and is worth billions – you can run your company as well as you want; the money – is already right there “for you” to go to work – and come right back to you. That’s the framework that’s already in place for every business on Earth. What you choose to put between those two spaces from here to there IS up to you. You can make it easy or difficult.

If you think you can still have the most money by being short on everything else in between; with all of the problems “there” affecting everything else…That’s what you “think” you deserve, and are going to be stuck with.

If you’re like me – and you want it all to work all the way around (not perfect, but close to it) then…I’m the guy for you to do business with. Why? Because I think everyone, including me and you is worth; at least – that…And, maybe – even a bit more! What we feel we think we’re worth on the inside is what we’ve got on the outside to deal with. And, like I said about being honest in the beginning…We’re worth – so much more than that. But we’ve got to say “yes” to that in action, before – that can show up for us.

...Not in theory, but in how we feel most of the time – inside and out; and the money is right there – to back it up.

Now…That’s how you know for sure – you’re it!

When you have a really good idea about what you’re worth and you feel you deserve to live directly in the experience of it…That’s when I know…The people who are ready for it will find me. When you’re ready, just like I am to experience the best…Those connections, indeed – will come together.

We can agree that this is where we are now and stay stuck...Or, we can get to work together to move ourselves ahead.
