For this year, besides making all Covid-19 protocols a top priority, instead of focusing on fixing problems, my approach focuses on the greatest positive goals a business has, first. This way, we both feel that we’re gaining momentum. And from there, not only will we have more enthusiasm, but we'll also have a different perspective on those areas that might need a little boost.
My motto for any relationship is: “Where we feel our best is where the most gains will be found.”
So, I start – there. Then, we can see how fixing a problem is only adding to your gains. That's my new consulting approach for the upcoming year.
In the financial profits category, customers and employees are the “junction” where conversion happens. Outside of consolidation, greater interest rates or other financial growth strategies, where customers and employees meet – is where the most gains occur. It’s the setting where all of our biggest goals take place. Everything we are working towards behind the scenes, leaves our hands here, and goes directly – to the customer. All of our efforts come down to this one very simple transaction.
So, how can we maximize what’s happening on both sides of the counter?
Simply put, when employees feel really good about where they are – they are in a peak state. This allows them to deliver the absolute best impression on your customers during the sales transaction; which – makes them both want to come back for more of what you have to offer.
