The Final Equation: Growing the Biggest Circle There IS.

It All Begins and Ends...With You.

If every interaction in the field of energy that’s surrounding us in our business is what’s creating a positive or negative effect on us personally, the bottom line, and the business itself as a whole…What would the “perfect day” at work actually look and feel like? How would we arrive at such a place?

Without going deep into theory, woo-woo or abstractions let’s look at this “perfect model” on paper to see how (our) energy and its emotional qualities are effecting everything that’s happening to us and between us…Moving right out to our customers, and back again to where we are. (Multiply this energy loop for everyone in your business – combined; which is your entire business circle.) And, since physicists have already shown that at our root base, we are all made-up of energy; even if you’re at the very top of it, you’re still standing directly in the middle of what’s happening there – in your business. The top doesn’t mean it’s not being affected by what’s happening below it. It’s still a direct part of it. (There is no imaginary line between these two locations.) All of the same energy and the consequences of it are circulating; going right through all of us – no matter where we happen to be standing. What comes around goes around is a principle often known in spiritual circles. However, even that idea comes from the fact that everything in a given area is directly being affected by what’s there, what’s being put into it and what comes out of it. We just happen to use this (moral) example in relation to us, and how we feel about what’s there. If it’s a healthy environment that’s what we feel (even those at the top) from the work We Are doing. If we constantly feel stressed, under pressure or often tired with the moves we’re making to arrive at the finish line...What’s causing those feelings and that negative lack of energy? We’re giving it our all, most of the time – right? Then, how come we don’t “feel” that way about what we’re doing? Well, let’s take a closer look under the hood.

Tomorrow Morning:

Let’s say, tomorrow – you have a perfectly clean slate. It’s a brand-new day and you’re planning to get the most out of it in every way. Putting the “buts” aside for now…Imagine you have every single thing in place to achieve exactly what you wanted to do, and – at the level you’d like to reach without a problem. For this example, I’m putting the correct order on the way energy travels with and through us, and out into our environment…So we can follow what’s happening to us and why…Not, what we “think or imagine” that might be taking us – straight to our goal.

Our Emotions:

You’ve got the right attitude now to make the most of the day. You know how this feels…So, how can you keep this "positive feeling” moving along with you, and out – into your business?

1.) How you talk to someone is directly affecting your own emotions and theirs in the same way. If you are treating them with respect and a positive attitude (biologically speaking) this is how – they are returning the same energy – right back to you. The smile on your faces now – is lighting up the very same areas (within you) that caused the smiles to be there in the 1st place! And, this is called Positive Reinforcement. In this exchange – you both strengthened the positive signal of energy that you wanted to see – Grow. Together, you enabled THAT GROWTH in how each one of you feels – to be there. Since both sides of our brain are connected…When we feel good together, in this state, we’re also lining up – the other parts of ourselves that are getting ready to make – a successful move. Positive emotions on the inside – are directly connected to the logical side of our brain, and the next step – on the outside. And, when we put this together with your product, those – are your Logistics. The definition of logistics is how to move something; even if it’s just energy – from here to there, successfully. (A shared smile moves “our” emotions on the inside to a better place in only half a second. That’s pretty efficient, wouldn’t you say? The other half of it is for us to fully acknowledge that shift. Why does this change happen so fast? Because it’s a perfectly straight line to what’s desired – with nothing else in the way of getting there. (That’s a key point to remember.) 

2.) As you’re about to complete a logistical step...The positive qualities of the energy that’s present – is also helping you along. Positive energy – pushes and moves you inside and out – closer to the goalpost…Otherwise, known as Momentum. And, when that gets going – you can sail along with much greater ease into your next series of moves. Seeing success happen right in front of you (The Observer Effect) is also giving you – another boost. (That’s the emotional return inside, on your outside investment!)

So, when you’re got all of your needed supplies and people in place, as well as a positive attitude between you (which was set into motion by your example earlier), this energy is now moving through the people in your business. All of the right momentum is in place now to create, witness and have success. As long as these elements are there…Your business is onto: Step 3.

3.) You’ve just completed the 1st round of tasks. And, with that, everyone feels better than they did – before they made a move. (More growth and an expansion of your circle, right?)

4.) As success in your day grows…You’re moving this heightened energy – directly to your customers. Since “they feel” just like you do...The smile you have for them now – is sincere. And, that’s exactly – what they feel now, too. (People are feeling and sensing your actual energy “before” they register – your movements.) That’s why ‘faking” being happy to or with them – doesn’t quite add-up. Without the right supplies and the right number of people to carry those directives out to the customer successfully…Not only are they “not going to be happy” about the interaction, but the stress on the employees to perform well (even under negative circumstances) will only cause them to fumble the ball on their way to the goalpost: A happy customer. A negative, always leans more – in the direction of not succeeding. It doesn’t matter how it’s getting into what’s there, or what side – that comes from. Just in case you were wondering…This is exactly where anxiety and stress comes from. It’s your body telling you that…You might not “make it” to your goal – like this. And, in biology…Our feelings are…Our personal feedback loop that tells us where we are. If we didn’t have feelings…We could literally end-up: Anywhere! (Whew. That was a close one…)

5.) With a positive shared attitude, the right supplies, and a realistic goal – you can literally keep “success up” for almost as long, as you wanted it to be there. (Now the odds are back – in your favor.) And, the more customers and employees who are “happy together” here…That combined energy is starting to add-up everywhere in your business. The abundance of positive energy moving around is starting to carry most of the work (and the weight or the burden of it) forward – for you. (This is also where efficiency comes from.) Here, energy takes over, as we “get” and move along – without stress, wasted time, energy and money…Which means more – for ourselves, and everything else along the way, as well.  

6.) Every positive outcome with each other and our customers is only causing energy – to expand and naturally motivate and drive what’s there. (More growth.) And, what happens at the end of all of those moves? YOUR PROFITS. Not just financial – All of them. And, the prefix “pro” means – to add to something that’s there. (Mere Coincidence on the lingo?)

When employees are doing a great job (because they have what they need) they encourage one another to keep up the good work; because it’s working. And, they can also see and feel that the customers are happy, too. Well, your Money…Is coming right out of those positive dynamics. (That’s what’s creating it.) This is the 2nd to last step in the process. So, before we get to the very end of it…

Let’s Recap:

A smile from you…Led another person to smile (more energy) which led to a successful move (more energy) which led to more smiles from others (more energy) which led to the customers feeling happy (more energy) which was returned to the employees (more energy)…Which led to the management being happy (more energy)…Which, after all of the energy and money was exchanged, ALL OF THAT WENT – RIGHT BACK TO YOU – in 3 different ways: Emotionally, Logistically and Financially. (1, 2, 3.) And, now we’re right back to how good you feel again, about where you are. (The Most Energy and the Most Money Returned to You – without missing a single beat.) Every positive return that happened in your business circle; grew more for you – at every successful stop (person) along the way back to the goalpost…Which is YOU.

It’s been scientifically proven that when customers and employees “feel better” they want to extend the same feelings – back to you: Naturally. Why? (Remember that smile from you in the very beginning?) It’s lighting up the very same areas in them now, too. So, can you see how all of this is Adding UP…To your actual (not imagined) Bottom Line? What’s “There” is Right There. And, so isn’t – what comes out of it.

It’s just a single, curved line of energy that comes…From you, out and around to everyone else, and then – right back to you, again. (This could be one transaction or millions of them. The same thing is happening in each and every one of them and to each person.) They smiled – just like you have; and where did all of those – go? Right back to you at the end of the day. So, see the “real” in-betweens now? This energy and the movement of it, as well as the people and products on top of that...Are what's creating the physical numbers you see and measure – on the page. (Notice a pattern here?) Energy and the qualities of it, as well as all of us – are producing exactly what you want. So, here…The invisible, becomes what’s: Right There. (Amazing…When you follow the trail, right?)

If you’ve paid close attention to the development here…There are almost no (negative) impediments along the way to the finish line. How you’re getting there and how everyone feels about it is more than half of what’s producing: Your Gains. Energy, eventually – becomes matter. And, that’s just cause and effect...

Now you have a much better understanding of what those “moral” principles that govern our actions we’re really talking about. Those “guidelines” are there…Just so that you could have the most – of what’s possible. And, that POV alone, changes the entire game and the focus of it, right? (Bingo.)

So, on closer inspection it looks like the Synergy that happens between us…When we meet each other in a positive middle…Wasn’t really a “compromise” at all. The positive bond to what’s there and to each other…Was pulling more – right out of thin air. (And, that’s how my $5T sales formula for business came about.) Desiring to see others feel good, as well as ourselves – is actually what started the idea of business in the 1st place. And, the massive amount of profits from that intention – are what followed it. So, to have the most…Just remember the (correct) order of these two ideas…And, you’ll always have – as much as you possibly can. (That’s the Bottom Line, right?) This is as close to “Real Magic” inside and out, as we’re ever going to get here. And, well now...There – You Are.

Your Assignment:

The Final Assessment...Is to add-up…Just how much of “everything good” for you – is being lost…By putting a negative – on that line – or at any stop along the way to your finish line. And, by finish…I mean: The Sum Total Accumulation of What’s There, Right Now.

Money and people might move in and out of your business every day…But, the remainder and the reminders of what’s (really) happening there: Stays – Right Where It Is Now.

Energy doesn’t just move out of your business. The very last memory of someone’s day…It could be you, an employee, or a customer...Leaves one final (energy) deposit on the inside of your front or back door – on the way out. (That’s right.) We…Just pick up from where we left off, yesterday…And, that becomes more of what happens, all over again – Tomorrow. Can you see now…How energy is building your business – through us? It’s just one Very Big circle and cycle, isn’t it? And…WE ARE ALL “IN THERE” TOGETHER. This isn't just a nice sounding slogan, either. In a circle…Where else, could someone actually go?

Now, the next question for you to ask is…WHAT EXACTLY – ARE WE: Getting Ourselves – INTO?

Another kick-ass (where did this term come from and is it really serving us in the way we think?) feel great, and get things accomplished day… Or, ARE WE...Getting into yet another, inescapable (Self and Other Imposed) Nightmare?

Let’s Do the Numbers:

Your assignment as positive or negative as it might be…With a plus and a minus at every turn along the way…Is what’s going to be giving you back even more (or much less) right after it’s done. Now…You’re doing – the Math. And, in doing so, you’ll see exactly what I mean. You can do this in private, unless you’d like to share what you’ve discovered here – if the results are that significant...  

1.) Think about how most of your interactions with others go during the day. Does this category – get a bigger plus or a minus, overall? (And, yes – to see what’s really there, you have to be completely honest with yourself on this answer.)

2.) Are your combined logistics – easy to accomplish successfully, or is this area stressful, as well? The amount of problems you have AND how you feel about them – will give you THE answer. A lot of money can be there with you, too…But if you feel terrible or tired most of the time…It’s not going to “register” with you on the inside – in the positive ways you thought it would. Why? Because – on the inside; you are already emotionally: Spent. How we feel most of the time is how we’ll see everything that’s there. (It all gets filtered – through that lens.) And, how you feel at work is…The energy you have to take home to your family and friends; and it also goes into what you desired to do – just for yourself. (See the wheels turning now?)

3.) And, finally…Even if you've surpassed your financial goals for the day, week, or the month…You’ve also “paid” for that specific boost – with Everything Else in your life, too. (That Wheel of Energy...Just keeps on rolling along, doesn’t it?)

So, if you simply release, take-in, and follow this energy forward…You’ll have positive energy moving through ALL of the parts of you, your business, and your life. So, at the END of the day…You’ll be Happy: About ALL of It…Not just – the Numbers. This energy extension wasn’t “just” for everyone else, and it stopped there. It was for everyone else, plus...What THAT positive interest Grew – for you, in return. And, that’s exactly – what came back.

To put the finishing touches on this…Take a look to see – just how those numbers could have added themselves up to MORE…Just from putting what’s needed in the process, and desired at the end: Together. That’s the bridge – to what you wanted to see, feel like, and why.

And, now that your work is done...This is where my homework comes into the picture…
