The Tallest and Oldest Tree on Earth.

For one of my last articles, I thought it would be fitting to see how I come up with some of my best ideas. Life has taught me, that no matter how much I believe I know, there is another source – that’s informing not only me, but all of us – about what we know is true, right now. I also know – from the title alone, that there are many – who aren’t ready to grow as big and strong, as the oldest, largest tree in existence. Some talk a great and convincing game; but that’s about it. So, out of a sincere respect for those who are honest with themselves about doing and giving “what it takes” to get there (and, it takes a lot less than you think, if you’re coming from a place that really wants to know)…This article – is for you.

On September 22nd, at 9pm…I wrote a letter to a much bigger Source of Everything, than me. This is what it came up with; and I published it (minus a few words) as it is, right now…

To the Tallest and Oldest Tree on Earth:

For business – we need one rock-solid example that covers it all – that allows those who are only looking at what’s coming in – to see that they could have so much “more” of everything good – when what’s needed and desired is in its place…Emotionally, logistically, and financially. Why am I asking this? To be able to give you back – what you’re giving out to us. (Your energy is there for the taking – but who’s allowing it to come back – to you?)

So, after almost 70 articles…What looks like it was for business, for the people in it, and for profits – was also for something else, entirely. (That’s right.) I desired to help people find their proper positions, so that (love) positive energy – is also going directly back to THE SOURCE of Life and Abundance, itself. That’s what this was for – underneath of everything else that was written down here. And, I can’t dissect energy or its pieces, smaller than this place. Since we don’t know exactly what’s needed “up there,” from below, I can only guess if the dynamics are the same as they are down here, as far as business, exchanges, and energy are concerned…It’s the same way “up there,” where you are, too. Now, why would we – want to give back to THE SOURCE of everything that’s here? Or, that which created and nourished the Tallest Tree in Existence? I’ve got Ten good reasons to do that…

One: Giving out or back – not only feels good on the release, but – it’s also showing something to you (about yourself) on the inside, as well. The energy and the good feelings that come from extension – are also recorded on – the inside of you, too. Meaning, the personal part – that YOU specifically feel for, and about yourself. It only adds something more into that space. (This is a true statement.)

Two: On the flip side, extending is also logistically showing you something, too. And, that is – that you have “enough” to be able to do – this. You couldn’t extend – what you didn’t have, right? So, what does that mean? To you – it means that you have an abundance or a surplus of something good, or that what you have to extend – is valuable. Looking into that mirror – what does knowing this, bring back to how you feel about yourself, and what you have, right now? A healthy sense of pride. (That is a true statement.)

Three: Whatever is receiving that gesture or gift…What is the outcome for how they or it feels? Is it something they’ll be happy, or excited about? If so, as you’re thinking that you caused those feelings to take place, does this make you feel – better or worse? A bit better, or even more so. (That is a true statement.)

Four: On the return – as far as knowing that what you did made a positive difference – what does that make you feel like, right now? Does it increase or decrease how you feel? It only grows the feelings I have. (That is a true statement.)

Five: What if they want to let you know – what that means to them? Do you have more or less energy – coming back to you? To me, more positive energy always feels better. (That is a true statement.)

Six: What if – you’re giving to the VERY SOURCE that gave you everything you have, right now? What would that do – for you, and for them? It would only strengthen our connection…Authentic strength – feels better. (That is a true statement.)

Seven: How about if what you’re giving something good to – is actually directly connected to the business you have? If that extension – is only maintaining and growing what’s there, and what will be there for you in the future – how would that make you feel? Probably, more secure. (That is a true statement.)

Eight: What if that pleasant exchange of positive gestures and emotions, or that lift – could be felt almost all of the time from now on, in your day-to-day operations…Would that make you feel better or worse? Better. Better than before is growth. (That is a true statement.)

Nine: What if – all you had to do to make this possible everyday – was to simply extend what was needed to run each major part of your business without many problems (or negatives), at all? Would that help – how you feel, and how your business – operates, easily? Easier, if there is a choice – always allows you to have more energy for yourself; and to have more to put back into your business. (That is a true statement.)

Ten: What if – all of this energy – was coming back to you, anyway – in the form of increased profits, logistics running smoothly, and everyone involved in your business, keeps on feeling fantastic – about what you’re doing: There? On top of the profits that are coming in, emotionally – that’s about the best you could ever do. (That is a true statement.)

If anything or everything here – added up to a “plus” for you…Then, we need to talk about how you can start to feel this way more often – where you are, right now. Why?

I know exactly where business has gone in the last 30 years. Somewhere along the line of…You paid BIG money to someone – to help give you a short-term boost, by putting everything you have now – at risk. In the late 80’s and 90’s…That was the name of the game for everyone: Play hard, win big – just for now…And now – where are we? If we were actually in a better place, we would feel less pain – not more of it. (That is a true statement.)

Is running your business getting any easier? Are the profits really THAT much bigger? And, how about those logistics…Is everything right on schedule – without much of a hassle or a problem? Probably not. In fact, it isn’t even close to this. (That is a true statement.)

You know, for 30 years, I’ve been trying to come up with a perfect example to show you how short-term thinking only gives you a little “up-front,” but then takes so much more of everything good away from you – now and later on, too. And, it turns out…I didn’t have to think of one. You already have your own example of what this does…To how you feel, to what conditions are there, and exactly – how much you’re paying in every way possible, for that “little” boost – a long time ago.

I want to help you change that negative equation into something that is positive: Emotionally, logistically and financially.

How?

By helping you to realize…That what was needed and desired on your end, is the same thing that’s needed on the other side of the counter to deliver THAT boost – right back to you…Without a question, or a doubt about it.

In a business that’s optimized on both sides of the counter…Each side – meets at the exact same positive point: You want your employees to produce. (They want to do that, easily.) You want customers to buy. (They want to be happy about what they’re buying into.) Well, when you give them what they need to do that, or to keep on doing it…That all comes right back to you. You’re giving them – the right supplies and materials – to get the job done. And, they’re paying you back – by what’s being produced, what’s selling, and what’s coming in – at the register. (Those two points were always connected. So, where did the doubt about that – come from?) It’s business 101, right? (Well, have you seen any of that wisdom hanging around, lately?)

Now…I want you – to fill in for yourself what will happen to your profits – if one or two of those “essential materials” that are needed for the “exchange” are left out of your equation. What did you come up with? Are the odds more likely that you’ll get back exactly what you were looking for and more – or less? Simply answer the question, without worry. (That answer – is a true statement.)

Now that you’ve answered all of these questions for yourself (without me being there), and you’ve discovered what’s right – for yourself…

Now – you’re ready to put back what was needed, so that everything works as well as it possibly can. As you’ve proven to yourself, this gives you (and everyone else in your business) more to work with – to produce the greatest result, possible. Not just for now, but for later on, too. And, how do I know that this approach works?

If you agreed to almost everything I came up with here (without any arm-twisting needed), then – we both must be on the right track or the same page about what works and what doesn’t. And, what will give you back the most, and what won’t. And, maybe even – why.

My role in business (if I have one) is to help you make sure – from both sides of the counter that you have what you need, so that your model – won’t let you (or anyone else) down, so that nothing good gets away, or is lost in the circle of your business. (Once and a great while, due to the natural ebb and flow of life? Sure. That’s normal. But, not from short-sightedness or from being over-eager to move ahead, regardless – of the final cost to you.) You wanted – to keep those costs to you – down, not up. So, I want it to cost you no more or no less than it really takes to be secure from now on, with no BS added in – up or down.

If business in general was once here (and maybe even yours), there’s no reason why – we can’t get back to what works – for now and later on, too. Win-Win. That’s as close to perfection as you’re going to get, and the rise – will only keep on growing from the inside out of your business, once what’s right – for you…Is actually, right there – in its place.

I know that we’re both old and experienced enough to remember a time…When doing business was: Easy, Profitable – and Enjoyable…For longer than just a few minutes, or a few days. For a long time, a long time ago, it actually felt good to be there – most of the time. (Imagine that? So, you already have the example that you needed – from both ends.)

So, let’s see what we need to do – to get back there. Not just for now; but for later on, too.

I actually need to feel this way about the work I do – just as much as you do…Which is why you can tell that my intentions are not at odds – with yours. In fact, everyone – wants to live in that kind of world, again. (If they’re honest with themselves...)

So, together, we’ll examine – one brick or one layer at a time from both sides of the counter… To make sure that your foundation is as Rock-Solid as it could be…Almost as strong as the Tallest Tree in Existence….Without wasting a single penny. How does that kind of strength and security, sound – to you?

Sometimes, to gain the most – you have to go to The Biggest and Best Source in Existence for what you wanted to achieve. And, when you’ve hit Bedrock…Whatever you build – from there, will only last and grow to the greatest height – possible.
